One must not choose an Ori on that same day
About the time the choosing of the Ori would close for the day, the market would also close
But man would not listen
Orunmila chose his Ori
And also chose for man
He now told them to be patient
“On the day you choose your Ori
Do not go to the market
Since it is only once that one chooses his Ori in life
In the next season
You can come back to Ejigbomekun market
You can then choose your character” Orunmila said
Everything necessary for good life

Spouse
Children
Houses and the rest
Are what we refer to as our character
If one decides or tried to choose the two together at once
One would end up losing the two
One has to choose his Ori first
And would later return to choose his character
Life please Orunmila
And life pleased man
Orunmila was dancing and rejoicing
He was praising his Babalawo
His Babalawo was praising IFA
He said it was just as his Babalawo said
