Ase! I was asking for other orisa time is their any kind if schedule for osanyin. When standing by egun shrine how to remember relatives like aunt’s uncle brother or sister who has passed on. Do you what is the protocol for these situations? Adupe.

Alafia ni! When you you post the November 2015 calendar. Do they change much from month to month? Also I asked about osanyin in prayer calendar. Is he generally included or does it vary from Ile to Ile or egbe? Odabo.

Thank you for this. My question now is what steps do I go through to make proper propitiation to my Esu and Ifa (Oworinsidin). Sadly my Oluwo didn’t guide me sufficiently after initiation even though his father was my father’s Babalawo!!

Ekaaro, good morning. Osu means month and Belu is November. Here are the names of all 12 months of the year in Yoruba language:
Okudu = June
Agemo = July
Ogun = August
Owewe = September
Owara = October
Belu = November
Ope = December
Sere = January
Erele = February
Erena = March
Igbe = April
Ebibi = May
We start in June because that is the beginning of the Yoruba New Year (with IFA rituals at Oke Itase to bring in the New Year). IRE O

aloha, do you think you can release the pending month’s calendar about a week before the month starts? I send out copies of the calendar for those that don’t have access to the internet and by the time they receive it by mail it is already the second or third week of the month. If the calendar comes out a week before the beginning the new month, that would help a great deal. mahalo for the consideration. aloha
